Chapter 2 - Strategic Planning for Competitive Advantage

Kraft is a major competitor to several other companies which include Frito Lay & Tyson Foods. Kraft is the world's second largest food company. The company has annual revenues of $49.2 billion. Kraft companies have many plans to sustain their businesses. The company believes "it's about working together to build a better place ". They try to meet their needs while also looking into the future affects of their products.



Kraft companies have recently just bought over Cadbury for $19.6 billion. Kraft has worked hard to buy over the many companies they now own and merged with. After a "bitter battle" to control Cadbury, Kraft has finally bought it over last year.
